Every private office lease at Charleston West includes the furnished office, unlimited use of our six-seat conference room, high-speed wifi, printing, mail handling, reception, your business address with optional suite signage, the Business Lounge and break room, free building parking, utilities, cleaning, and trash. There are no CAM charges, no setup fees, and no separate line items.
Private offices are leased on short-term renewable leases — typically one year, with renewal at the end of each term. This gives you the security of a real lease without the long-term lock-in of a traditional commercial agreement. The Business Lounge monthly membership and our Virtual Office service are both month-to-month.
Interior offices are $700 per month; windowed (exterior) offices are $800 per month. Both are full service — meaning every cost listed in the previous question is included in that single rate. Day passes in the Business Lounge are $35/day or $275/month for unlimited use. Conference room rentals (for non-tenants) are $45/hour, $150 half-day, or $275 full-day. The Virtual Office service is $200/month.

Our office is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Tenants have access to the building during normal business hours; after-hours and weekend access for private office tenants can be arranged at signing.
